Sapphire's R9 380 Nitro Driver Issue

Hey all,
I've been using an R9 380 Nitro for a while now and I really like this GPU for the price I spent. The only downside is that AMD's drivers are, most of the time, awful, and I can't seem to find a version of them that will make me have good constant FPS.
I was wondering if any of you had the same GPU and found the best drivers for it, I've looked up on-line and nobody seems to talk about which drivers to use for this GPU.

What exactly is the problem with the card? Can you give more explanation about it?

The problem is that sometimes the driver crash while I'm in game, other times the card seems to perform less than it should in games, depending on what driver version I'm using. I was wondering if someone had the same card and found the "best" drivers for it.
