Sappire R7 260x 1gb KEEPS GOING BLACK SCREEN WHILE GAMING HELP!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the all caps title but i have just put together a new pc for my living room and it having some problems.

every game i play it it will run it on low (not Titanfall) but the moment i optimize my games to my hardware it plays the game for all of 20 minuets, then just goes to a black screen and the pc is still on just black screen and no sound please help.

Heres the specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon 760K
MOBO: Asus F2A55M-LK (Very cheap lool)
RAM: Corsair XMS3 1600 OC to 1866 (runs fine with or with out GPU)
HDD: hittachi diskstar 320gb
SSD: Kingston V300 60GB
GPU: Sappire R7 260x 1GB
Case+PSU: desktop pc case with 500w PSU (bought from ebay)

with power supply that come with cases most are cheap and there printed rated are over rated. most of them are 350w max unit listed as 500w units. I would try another unit.

The power supplies that come with the cases normally are junk. As Smorizio said try a different power supply

ok i will try another PSU Do i need to get a higher wattage or is 500w enough for the 260X

A GOOD 500w unit is enough
