SAS vs Sata

Howdy,

I am after getting the best performance I can for my disk system.

From my reading I am lead to believe that a SAS 15k RAID 0, with a 30GB partition for windows and the rest for applications is best.

I appreciate how hard an answer is, but that wont stop me asking! How much faster would that SAS setup be verses the same but with SATA disks?

If you're going to spend that much money you might want to look into some SSDs.
