SATA-2 cable - is there such a thing ?

I'm looking to buy a Sata-2 disk shortly, but the only SATA cables I can
find are all rated as being SATA-150 ...

Am I setting myself up for a bottleneck by using a one of these or are
there cables specifically for use with SATA-2 drives that I have simply
missed?

Or is there simply no difference ? 🙂

According to page 16, the objective is to be able to use the
same cables at 1.5 or 3.0Gb/sec. (But I don't plan on reading
the whole 187 page doc 🙂 )

The SATA-2 specs call for the same cables as the original SATA interface.
The interface has been around for so little time that people have not got
round to changing the paperwork. As for a 'bottleneck', the fastest drives
on the market, still only use about half the speed available from SATA,
let alone SATA-2. The gain from SATA-2, only comes on transfers to the
internal buffer memory. The interface is being upgraded, to keep ahead of
expected speed gains in the next couple of years, not to provide greater
performance now.
