SATA Express is almost three times faster than SATA III... (but still only half the speed of PCIE NVME)

That WD Black is not a SATA Express drive, and as far a I kj=now there are none in existence yet. What I think you are confusing is that SATA Express provides two regular SATA III ports which you can use with regular drives.
