SATA 6gb port disabled affects RAM?

An incredibly newb question so apologies in advance: on pc part picker I have this compatibility issue: “motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled” - does this impact installation/function of ram if I have 4x8gb sticks?

There's no impact to your RAM slots.

That compatibility mention is strictly wrt M.2 and SATA ports.
