I read somewhere that some 915 motherboards overclock the Serial ATA bus when you overclock the FSB. How do you tell what the SATA bus is running at? How much of an overclock can a SATA drive safely take?

My setup is a ECS 915P-A Ver 1.0 board with a P4 630 overclocked to 3.4 GHZ on a 227 FSB. I have two SATA drives and everything seems to be perfectly stable... but am I risking my drives?
