I have a HP Envy 750-103a with a 3TB HDD, I want to add 2 extra SSD drives, but there is only 1 spare SATA power cable, I am by no means a computer expert, but want to try this myself, I have a Molex connector with 2 SATA connectors on it, but I can't seem to find a place to connect this, I think I'm ok for the connections to the Motherboard (think there is 4 SATA ports) will I need to do something in the power unit or is there a way to connect the molex somewhere, as I said, I'm not computer savvy, but would like to try this myself before taking it to an expert. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Your power supply may have a molex connector that isn't doing anything. If so, you could plug your molex-> sata converter cable into that if that's what you're asking.

If your power supply doesn't have enough sata power cables and doesn't have any molex for you to use that converter on, you will probably have to get another power supply.
