Sata connector cable

So one of the wires in the sata cable broke:

Is there any way to repair it or id have to buy another. Because the serial code is not on it!

I'm using an hp laptop sleekbook 14.

That is a shoddy cable... if you know your way around a soldering station, it would take less than 5 min to fix that, but don't try it if you aren't 100% certain in your skills because that's the power connectors right there, and actually dangerous to your disk and computer if you get it wrong.
