SATA data internal hub??

I'm looking to install more hard drives into my PC. My board has only 4 ports and all are used up and I'm looking for an internal hub I can plug into my GPU port (I cant remember the name of it). But I'm also wondering if I could use a RAID card as what I this hub for. If you can find something on amazon or newegg (Canada only) that would be fantastic!

It's not a hub but SATA controller you can plug into PCIe port.
