I have two WD HDD:

320GB (Wd Blue) ; 1TB (Wd green)

With Hdd utility software by third party and even WD official -

My 320Gb on which windows is running shows as SATA drive.

My 1TB that i recently plugged in, Utility shows its as ATA.

Is it all alright? Or i need to change any bios settings?

Solution
SATA requires storage controller to be set to ACHI mode in BIOS, other wise it will run in IDE or Parallel ATA mode. Changing mode on a drive with OS install will require OS repair.

Yes , thanks . Device manager shows both HDD as SATA.
