I've recently purchased a new Mobo (ASUS P8P67), 12 Gigs of Corsair Memory, and a new psu. After installing all of them... No SATA devices were detected, and most of the forum post suggest verifying that the SATA controllers are enabled so I enabled all of them in the bios then after saving and exiting it stopped detecting any video input. We've also tried multiple video cards though i feel the issue is in the settings somewhere, and not a video card failure. I'm not sure what to do from here. I've tried removing the cmos battery but it has had no effect.

Solution
Try leaving single RAM stick installed, graphics card, bootable USB drive connected to a USB 2.0 port, keyboard and mouse.
Remove all other SATA drives, PCI or USB devices.
See if POST-ing.
Is the board new or bought from ebay?
When removing the battery, was the power supply turned off, or the power cord unplugged?
If yes, and under warranty, then I suggest RMA-ing the board or returning it (if 30 day return policy available) and buy a different one.

I bought it from a friend :(, and it was unplugged. I was also wearing the anti static wrist band.

What are friends good for if not such deals?
A case speaker looks like http://www.ebay.com/bhp/pc-case-speaker
In the board's manual
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8P67/#support
look for the system panel connector (where the power and reset switches from the case get connected to the motherboard). You'll find the speaker pins for connecting it.
Is the CPU fan spinning when starting the board? Does the DRAM led get on and off?

All the fans come on, and the LED stays solid green. I've taken out the memory which made red but beyond that it's solid green.
