SATA Drive Data and Power Connector 90-degree Small Devices

The "butt ends" of my SATA drives do not allow for the case to be closed since the data connectors stick straight out. Yes, I have seen the SATA cables with 90-degree bends.

BUT, my situation is a bit different in that I'm using a RAID card that fans-out multiple SATA data connectors (not 90 degree ones) to multiple drives.

Are there small (puny) 90-degree adapters that would work and not lose signal?
