[SOLVED] Sata HDD Recovery question

HI Guys

I have 3 Sata HDD that are recognized in Disc Management only and as RAW data. These are likely due to power out while system running. Don't want a Data Rcovery software that works in a windows environment but rather one that works off boot disc. Anyone have any luck with software of this kind that recovers RAW data from a boot program?

TestDisk and Photorec work well.

i did try both of those but no go. Any program that i try that runs in windows is a fail. Any boot programs that people have had success with?

TestDisk is generally included in a lot of bootable Linux variants.
