Question SATA II HDD reporting as SATA I ?

Hello again guys...I recently came to the realization that my Hitachi HUA722020ALA330 2TB HDD is reporting as SATA 1 but it is a SATA 2 drive. why is this hapening and how do I fix it?
PC: HP aio ProOne 600 G1

tbh theres no point in sata 2 for this drive, its read/write speed is 85MB/s / 65MB/s, sata1 can handle 150MB/s
tho if you would use RAID 0 with two drives, then sata1 would be bottleneck

Does this hdd SSD have a jumper block?

Agree with above even if it showed sata 3/600 it would not matter.

no really, my speeds are higher, but yeah still not close to 150mb/s

I've seen this happen on some older RAID/SATA cards that are SATA II but when you plug in a SATA III Drive it shows as SATA I and stuck at those speeds.
