SATA Port-Multiplier: Two hard disks in a notebook (big caddy with shock absorbing foam, with space)?

Hello.

I would like to use two hard disks (5TB HDD and a small system SSD) in a notebook (Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 MK1).
In the "box" (like these: http://toughruggedlaptops.com/accessories/panasonic-toughbook-cf-31-accessories/hd-caddy-cf-30.html ) of the hard drive would be enough space for two hard drives and a small electronics.
But there is only one port available.

Is there a small SATA port multiplier, which I could install there?

No. Port Multipliers depend on controllers that can use them, and your controller can't. I'm not sure if you intend this to be internal or external?
