SATA SDD Not detected in disk management, but detected in bios?

So I got a new hard drive, it's connected to SATA 6 and properly plugged in for power. I have a Corsair TX Series so all the SATA Powers are on the same chord. I go into BIOS and it's detected on third hard drive BBS properties. I'm not quite sure what to do. http://i.imgur.com/i1bqT2V.png I've tried rescanning and it never comes up.

Found the problem. It was my BIOS not being updated.
