[SOLVED] SATA Settings not staying

I recently built a budget pc out of older used parts. When trying to install windows, it wouldn't work unless i changed sata settings to ACHI. Windows was working fine until a few days later when I booted straight into bios and sata settings were reset, not allowing me to boot to windows. I went through the settings not saving process a few more times and the settings haven't properly saved.

CMOS Battery dead, most probably. Most motherboards use a lithium CR2032 cell.
