Hi guys,
I recently bought an ATI 6950 graphics card and fitted it onto my motherboard. It is a very wide card, and covers 3 of the 6 SATA ports I have available. My question is, is it possible for me to get a SATA splitter and have 2 hard drives connected to 1 SATA port much like a USB hub allows multiple devices to connect via 1 USB port, or is it strictly 1 device per SATA port?
Thanks :)

Any pci-e x 1? They have sata cards in PCI-e format as well.

You can do a usb sata adapter. That will work ok for cd drive or even a storage HD. But those devices will run slower.
