Question Sata to 6 pin

I got a graphic card that requires a 6 pin
connector, but I don't have a 6 pin. So I was wondering if I can use a sata to 6 pin adapter to connect my DVD drive's cable to my gpu. will it power the GPU?

I have a rare gtx 750 that requires a 6 pin.

I don't have the GPU now. I just saw the reviews images and it had a 6 pin

Yeah, I know that. That's why I just deleted my previous reply, since I didn't realize you can't boot the system via this GPU, so it won't be possible to post any screenshot. Never mind, ignore that question
