Sata to 6pin. Is it safe? Can my psu handle the gpu?

I have an old OEM machine, specific model: https://www.cnet.com/products/dell-inspiron-570/specs/ and I was wondering if I could put a GTX 650 ti into it. The main problem is that there is no 6 pin power connector. Im asking to see: 1. If the adapter itself is safe and 2. If the psu itself can handle the card. Any responses at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and goodnight.

Don't even try it.

Get a new PSU with the proper connections for the graphics card.

Thanks! But could you recommend me a good atx psu (Preferably cheaper 30-50$ range) that I could buy?
