Does it exist a cable to connect a SAT Hard disk to a MB with IDE socket?

No, you are going to need an expansion card in a PCI or PCI-E slot to get SATA ports but it may or may not be bootable. Just play it safe and get an IDE hard drive if thats the only type your mother board supports.
