[SOLVED] Sata to USB 3.0 adapter for ps4

I bought a sata to USB adapter for an old hard drive that I didnt use to add more space to my ps4. For some reason my ps4 wont detect the hard drive. Here is the link to the product.

If you're using a 3.5" drive, that adapter cable Will Not Work.
A 3.5" drive requires different voltage than what is available via USB.
