Sata to USB readonly

I purchased a 5" Delock docking Station with sata to usb 3 adapter. I could not use it as any HDD I installed result to have disk attributes "Current Read-Only State : yes" while "Read-Only :No".
With this status I could not access the drive.
I made all the attempts with diskpart and registry editing, but with no results.
I desume the adapter is broken, nevertheless I like to give a try to your help.

Do not know 5" Delock docking Station nor using it, but there is 4x bays SATAIII to USB3.0 support USAP technology that READ ONLY (hardware). so there wont be any mistake of forget the setting

thanks for answering, but the problem was not to find another docking station, but to understand and solve the two opposite attributes I got on Delock unit: "Current Read-Only State : yes" while "Read-Only :No"..
