Recently I bought an H61M-E for a little build primary for testing, thing is that board does not have SATA 6Gb/s ports, which is a little bit limiting since I have Kingston A400 SSD, so I need to get the bandwith of SATA 3

Connecting an PCIe to SATA3 adapter will work or it is limited to this chipset specs (H61M)?
like this - example

and additionaly if I'll buy PCIe to M.2 SATA adapter, will I be able to boot from this M.2 drive connected in the PCIE adapter? if yes what is the bandwith that I'll get for this drive?
something like this - link

1. Highly doubtful you'd be able to boot from that adapter card.

2. An SSD in a SATA II port is not the end of the world. It's a bit slower than if it were in a SATA III port, but it works just fine.
Especially for just a testing box.

regarding what adapter are you talking about? the PCIe to M.2 or PCIe to SATA3?

Either.
Booting from any drive in a PCIe slot won't work, unless the motherboard specifically says it can do it.
What does it say in your user manual?
