Satellite P200 (PSPB0C-RT508C) Upgrading to Win7

Is it possible to upgrade from vista 32bit to windows 7 64 bits for Toshiba Satellite P200 (PSPB0C-RT508C). I can not find the instructons for this particular model.
Also, I am trying to figure out if my model has directx 9 with wddm 1.0 - the grapic isIntel® Graphic Media Accelerator 945GM Express Chipset Graphic.

You cant upgrade any OS from 32 bit to 64 bit. it always requires a full installation. Sorry.
