Satellite Pro C70 A Series and the missing Bluetooth

I NEED HELP! I want to bluetooth my wireless headphones and printer to my laptop and the bluetooth settings are no where to be found. I've looked up a lot of threads and pages on the internet none of which have helped. Please help! They are not in my settings under wireless as they should be. On the Toshiba website they say my laptop series DOES have bluetooth but it's not showing up.
