So I’ve read everything i can about fixing my laptop and nothing worked. I don’t know what is wrong with it now. The previous issue was a severed charging cable(female end). And i replaced that. Battery charges. And hold a charge. Power light comes on. And i hear a low buzzing/humming sound which sounds like the CPU. Which i was hoping is a good sign. I need all the help i can get if it could be done in house. Please and thank you.

Apologies about the late reply, i was trying to reply sooner but mobile issues but.
Well when i press the power button.. the lights illuminate, I hear a slight humming/ like a bitter noise (for lack of better words)
It holds a charge and also charges when plugged in..

Work ive done so far..
Pray it comes on randomly one day..
Removed and reapplied thermal paste
Reset the CMOS.
Drained all capacitors of any juice before attempting any power attemps

You can't see display? Your windows cant startup?

Lol.. my bad yea.. Thats all i get from it.. no turn on, no screen flickers.. no cooling fan

Probably hardware issue, the noise you hear is somekind of fan inside.
If you have a warranty then consider RMA.

But what hardware. And how could i fix it. But. It’s not telling why i don’t see anything else.
