What motherboard will fit to replace. Is mb H000061930 will be fine.

That motherboard looks very similar but it will not fit.
If you look closely the mounting holes are in different locations and some of the components do not align.
Laptop motherboards are proprietary and it could be close to impossible to fit a motherboard from one laptop into another without some case modifications.
