The Skytech isn't an amazing deal. You can build it from parts for about $200 less. The memory included is questionable for the other components and while the PS has the criteria it isn't clear what quality it is. Same for the SSD.
If you are spending on the 4070ti you are a fool to cheap-out the other components.
