Is there any way i can save flash videos i see on the internet? So i don't
have to view them through internet explorer?

Yes. When flash video is played in IE, they are saved to your "temporary
internet files" folder with an .swf file extension . You can locate and
save them from here and use a standalone flash player to view. See link:

As woody said, all files you see when browsing are generally saved to
your internet cache folder first. There are exceptions to this of course
depending on things like streaming content, etc. anyway, clean out your
cache folder first to make it easier to find the file.
