Saved file disappeared

I was using wordpad to get through Microsoft Word.(Insert Object) When i want to save it. The wordpad is blank and I have accidentally deleted the Microsoft word. How can i find the text that I wrote on the microsoft?

If you did hit save, it usually saves to your documents folder. I would check there first. Good luck...
