Saved login names

How do I remove the saved cached login names from the username fields. Like
when I go to my Yahoo mail account or eBay account it cahes all previous
used usernames. Thanks.

Control Panel > Internet Options > Content > Auto Complete > Clear Forms

Also delete all your cookies.

Control Panel > Internet Options > General > Delete Cookies
