Question Saved web pages

I should know this but...
I saved some web pages about repairs to my vehicle. I thought that opening the file required prefixing the complete file path/file name with "file:///C:/" in the browser address bar.
As that isn't working, I must be wrong.
So, how do I open those saved pages?
