It used to be possible to view any website from a previous date from the Google search engine's cache or, if a website was deleted, what it looked like. I pressed the copy button on a specific page in the Google search engine and a specific website was loaded from the cache, and now the copy button from the Google search engine has disappeared.

Not all pages are cached by Google. If no Google cache exists, use WayBackMachine,

If there is no entry in WBM either, you're out of luck.

But you can save every web page as *.html file as well. So that you can load the page up again, if it ever goes offline (e.g to view how it looked like). But to save the webpage 1st, it needs to be alive (online) at the time of saving it.
