savered dont remember password

hi all... i am trying to run Anubis programm with a user its (on rapiscan system )start automatically but its ask me for password.. i am using savecred but it still wants pass...i think that maybe something in registry or maybe on system is denied to acces.. can someone help me ?? sorry for my english...please answer if someone know
