Saving a file to multiple locations with a single click?

Is there any way I can press "ctrl+s" while typing in Microsoft Word, and the file will save itself both locally and upload the new version to something like Dropbox?

If it's not possible, maybe a simple script will do the trick. Can anybody make that for me? My save location is just the basic "C:\Users\x\Documents".

Just use OneDrive that comes with Windows 10 and save to OneDrive. It will save a version locally at your onedrive cache and then a copy online. In fact, Word 2016 will let you even collaborate in real time and see changes other people make to your files if you want to
