Google has blocked these accounts. Why...only two entities know why...you and them.
They are the only entity that grant access.

There is no outside magic for this.

These are bots and haters. Blocked in a live chat on YouTube. For a long time. I need to pull this list from one account and transfer it to another. Do you understand? Oh my god.

So those are not bot accounts that YOU created?
But rather, someone else who was messing with you?

These are spam bots and haters who wrote in a live chat during the broadcast on YouTube

I understand you, you don't know the answer. There is such a page, maybe there are some options for saving this "blacklist". I don't know....

Since these were all bots created just to mess with you, it is highly unlikely that it would lead to an actual "person".

What would you do with that info, even in the unlikely event that google would give up that info.
