Says 8gb ram unknown. (Also a monitor problem)!!

Says 8gb ram unknown and only detects 4gb ram. They're sitting in 2 and 4, because my monitor wont work if they are in 1 and 3 (Just says no signal detected). I have no idea what can cause this . https://gyazo.com/3dc8af3b59c3c1d5f59a801fde91be8f Thanks in advance.

Just tried that. Said no signal detected on the first slot. 2nd slot it turned off and on all the time. It only seem to work when they're in 2 and 4, this is so weird.

Stick 2 slot 1 says hdmi no signal detected
Stick 1 slot 2 keeps turning on and off
Stick 2 slot 2 keeps turning on and off
Stick 1 slot 3 says hdmi no signal detected
Stick 2 slot 3 says hdmi no signal detected
