SBG 6580 modem router : wif fi works but Ethernet/LAN ports no longer work (they used to). I tried factory reset button 3 times and tried different computer and devices (majic jack,etc) on the ports - none work. Can you help?

If none of the Ethernet ports are detected by your computer, you can try accessing the router control panel via wireless connection to see if perhaps the Ethernet functions are turned off. If wired connections are enabled, which they should be by default, then it's likely the router has a problem and likely needs to be replaced. Usually the wireless functions fail first but it can go either way. If the router is more than five years old, it's probably time for a new one anyhow.
