ok so I have followed advice to delete, how can I create it back:

How to disable this service.
Open a command prompt. (Run a command prompt as Administrator in Windows vista/7/8)
Copy red command line and Paste.
sc stop "NvStreamSvc"
sc config "NvStreamSvc" start= disabled

How to delete this service.
sc delete "NvStreamSvc"

Done.!
Close the command prompt.[[/i]

My Nvidia icon has an exclam in it ( yellow)
and I can't install latest geforce

plus my game is crashing all the time:

tried opening a command prompt
typed:
sc create "NvStreamSvc"

however I need to do this:

sc <server> create "NvStreamSv" "binPath= (a value )
I don't know what to put as server or value ??

Ouch, everbody want to stop this service, I want to re-create it

Any help out there folks? win 7 x64
GTX 970 - trying SLI - not good so far

A Service is a file like any other so you might find some Nvidia related files in the Recycle Bin but it's best just to reinstall the driver.
