Scan to folder issue on cannon IR-adv 4235 Printer

Hi All...i am facing scan to folder issue on cannon IR-adv 4235 . It is showing check the destination message when trying to scan anything. It also locking out user id & password for particular user. We tried chaing destination path, still no go.

Please suggest on troubleshooting.
