There are no windows 7 64 bit drivers listed on the HP website, and odds are they don't exist:

However, you can create an XP (or whatever old windows OS disk you have) virtual machine in virtualbox, and use that to run the scanner. Once you have the XP virtual machine set up (it's very easy to use), click the devices tab, then the USB menu, select your scanner, and you're good to go. You just need to install the appropriate drivers in the virtual machine (you can put them on a flash drive and transfer them using the same method).
