Hello,
I think my scanners firmware is partly corrupted - how to get new firmware ?
The frame tool doesn't work at all & the scan light in the transparecy adaptor sometimes will not return to default after use. After reinstall of ScanWizPro everything works fine for just ONE scan - after that the frame tool will not change in resizing before Prescan.

What's your OS type? x64?

Reinstall the driver first and see, if the problem is gone.
