Scann dental x-rays to a computer

I want to scan periapical x-ray Dental film to my computer without going digial so I can E-mail then to insurance companies

it would be far easier to ask your doctors office for a print out of your xrays which you can then scan.

for viewing xrays are often backlit which would make scanning them hard.
