what does dsp mean. go to this site

https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

click download tool now and follow guide. you should do on a usb over 4gb and i assume you have more than 4gb ram installed to get the 64bit version of windows. as 32bit will only show 4gb or less ram 64bit goes over 4gb ram. you can also burn it to a dvd

as soon as you have done this boot into the usb or cd/dvd using the bios you can select the drive you wish to boot from and follow the setup. after setup completes do windows update and install an antivirus - i use avast it is good there are others.

also use an anti malware then you should be fine just don't open any fishy emails scan everything you download using malwarebyte and...
you should do a fresh install as you do not know what was modified in the upgrade or what was changed during the upgrade process you could of lost data. also when you have threats or virus it is best to do a fresh install as you do not know if it had done any changes to the pc and collected your personal data. i suggest do a fresh install of windows 10 if you need help just message back

srry should've been more clear ive been upgraded to 10 since it was released. if i should still to a fresh install how would i go about doing that on DSP versions of windows
