The Epson 3200 Scanner review was good, but it seemed to only compare Epson to Epson. I need a high resolution scanner, but I also need a scanner that has an Automatic Document Feeder, either standard or as an option. This is something that Epson does not offer. So that has me looking at HP models.

My real choice for a review would be a comparison between the Epson 3200 and the HP 8200 -- two scanners that are relatively similar in price, with the HP 8200 claiming somewhat better resolution than the Epson 3200.

Because it appears I won't get the comparison review I want, can anyone tell me anything about the HP 8200, 8250 or 8290 scanner line? Basically, I just want to find out how good its scanning capabilities are for dealing with 35mm negatives and the like.
