Scanner software for Kodachrome

Hello,
What I have is a Canon Prixma printer/scanner MP990.
What I need is "scanner software" to be able to scan Kodachrome slides
properly.

Yes, it will scan slides. It will scan Kodachrome slides too, but NOT properly. Kodachrome is a very special Film that was just discontinued after 75 years. It was considered by professionals the very Best. The software needed for it requires very special filters and the IT8 calibrator.
