So I was trying to open 7zip andthe programm crashed while everything seemed to be slower (I.e. When opening my browser) so I decided to restart my pc (not from the case button) and when it started to reboot the scanning and and repairing drive D: popped up. (my OS is windows 10) after a hour or I thought it was stuck because it was still at 0% and I rebooted my pc. This time I skipped scanning and repairing by pressing a button but this time also I couldn't access my D drive so I decided to reboot it again and I left it for almost 10 hours while I was sleeping. Next morning I woke up and at this point it had just turned to 2% but now 7 hours later it's still at 2%. What can I do now?

You could be dealing with a failing drive. Hopefully you have everything important backed up.
I would say leave it as long as you can to give it time to finish.
If you can't wait another day, you can shut it down and pull the hard drive and attach it to another computer using a USB adapter or a spare SATA port and power cable if it is available. Then you can run tests to determine if the drive is failing or not.

But the drive is new. Literally 3days old as pc. It was working perfect till now. (my pc was builtfrom an expert not me)

Slow response and crashing are classic symptoms of a failing drive. Might not be the case, but you need to test it to be sure. You can download Seatools for DOS and create a bootable CD that will allow you to test the drive. That's what I would do. Run the short tests, if they all pass then run the long test. Any errors means the drive is failing and since it is new, you can get a new one under warranty hopefully.
