scanning and repairing drive

Today when I tries to turn on my laptop it was saying scanning and repair drive then: (\\?\ Volume{8a17fa0c-1e3c-11e3-bdcf-d6876a21c194}): 100% complete.
And after that it took like forever to het to deskpot, took around 30 minuts and then my pc got frozen cant open any programme.
I already restarted it and pressed space many times but doesn't work, what can I do?
My pc is a Toshiba, model: SATELITE C50-A-19T
64bit system

Hi,

Please do try to run a virus/malware clean up that can be the cause of the problem.
- Turn the laptop completely off.
- Turn it back on and repeatedly tap on F8, once Advance Boot Options is open select Safe mode then press Enter.
- In Safe Mode run a virus/malware cleaner.
- Here's some tips on how to do so:

- Once completed reboot your laptop and it should load back to your normal screen.

Hey thx I already did that but doesn't seems to be a virus because it didn't find anything and the computer started to work yesterday but today doesn't work
